We are a growing engineering company in the final stages of preparing for ISO accreditation across:
ISO 9001 (Quality Management)
ISO 14001 (Environmental Management)
ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety)
We’re looking for a highly organised individual to help us prepare and format the required documentation and systems, based on clear guidance we will provide. This is not a consultancy role — we already know what needs to be done and are looking for someone to assist with implementing it efficiently.
Key tasks:
Support with creating, editing, and formatting ISO-compliant documents (policies, manuals, procedures, etc.)
Organise and structure documents into a usable system (Google Drive or similar)
Assist with templating checklists, registers, and logs
Follow clear instructions to ensure documentation aligns with ISO requirements
Ensure consistency, clarity, and professionalism across all materials
What we're looking for:
Experience supporting ISO accreditation projects (especially 9001, 14001, 45001)
Strong document formatting and organisation skills
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
Comfortable working remotely and independently
Familiarity with engineering or HSEQ terminology is a bonus
