We have a commerical agreement with a local council and need to inform clients that we are supporting a local fund.
Initially we need to make clients aware of us/fund and that we are involved. We then need some sort of google/typeform or even physical form to send to clients to ask if they would like to be involved. We need confirmation that they are happy to be involved. Any booking we then recieve from a client who has agreed will then contribute towards the fund.
We will need some social media/postable leaftlest creating to generate/keep interest and inform clients of what we are doing and what we are supporting.
