Expected duration: less than 1 week We seek an adept CRM with considerable experience on Close CRM consultant to instruct our sales and marketing teams on fundamental sales and simple promotional capabilities within the system. Configuration expertise is desired to customize the user interface for optimizing data visibility and augmenting record pages with additional fields. Integration experience involving linking Close CRM to external tools like Zoominfo would compliment this role.
We would like an project Kick-off where we have 1) a training session on the platform 2) a business requirements workshop to summarise our needs and initially 3 days of improvements, and one day of support. Please quote for these kick-off sessions as a package.
We must have at least one client references for a close project that has been successfully completed.
Then we would like a quote on 1 day a month for only support and will include minimal modifications and remote end-user assistance requests as needed.
The ideal candidate possesses extensive hands-on experience architecting and customizing Close CRM to meet diverse organizational needs while keeping the interface intuitive for novice adopters. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential to convey system updates and resolve issues remotely. Candidates must list the number of projects they have worked on with Close CRM and the role they played in the project. Must have good spoken English.
