We are looking for a freelance HR administrator to help us with our clients, doing the following tasks:
- Administering BreatheHR, BambooHR for our clients. - Preparing/running reports from HRIS systems - Preparing slide decks with statistics - Preparing offer letters and employment contracts (populating information) - Coordinating spreadsheets, seeing things through to completion, picking up raising tickets for managers if they have system access. - Helping to administer DBS checks and benefits - Occasional note-taking and transcribing
We want someone with UK experience and top attention to detail, ideally someone with a HR admin or VA background. All our clients are based in the UK.
