We have an e-commerce business that sells balloons, that are shipped across the UK.
We are looking for a ***UK BASED*** advisor to go through our terms and conditions to advise us on whether we are covered legally and if we are correct in what we can/cannot enforce with our particular product.
Knowledge of UK consumer law, taking into consideration balloons being a perishable item, is needed. Additional expertise in e-commerce rights when it comes to shipping is also useful.
We have a list of issues that we are looking to double check and terms and conditions that we currently have in place - and can provide these on start of project.
