Timing: • Refer to the first row of Excel for narration timing. • Ensure narration finishes by the video end. • Trim/omit script if too long. Silence at the end is okay—we'll handle trimming. To prevent this, please do a quick, rough check at more than 2x speed, just to confirm the video number matches the script number.
