We’re seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals that drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Actively prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, emails, social media, and networking.
Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Prepare reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products/services.
Coordinate with the marketing and product team for lead nurturing and follow-up.
Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Qualifications: Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections effectively.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred (optional).
