We’re looking for a skilled LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist to support a growing B2B marketing team targeting professionals in retail, operations, and supply chain roles across the UK, US, Europe, and Southeast Asia.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in using LinkedIn to identify, connect with, and nurture qualified leads, with a sharp eye for targeting and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities: • Research and build a pipeline of relevant B2B leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Target decision-makers (Heads of Supply Chain, Operations Directors, Demand Planning Managers, etc.) • Send personalised connection requests and follow-up messages • Track outreach performance and lead responses using a simple CRM or spreadsheet • Collaborate with our marketing lead to align messaging and targeting
Ideal Experience: • Proven success with LinkedIn-based lead generation (preferably in B2B or SaaS) • Strong written English and ability to craft personalised, professional outreach messages • Familiarity with LinkedIn tools like Sales Navigator, Phantombuster, Apollo, etc. • Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive in communication • Ability to work independently and report results weekly
Project Details: • Part-time or freelance, starting with a 2–3 month contract • Targeting ~100–200 high-quality connections per month • Flexible hours, remote work
