Hello - I recently posted a request but fear I was not specific enough. I am looking for an app for Apple to be be developed. I am looking to produced an action figure that looks like the individuals photograph in a bubble package. This app already exists in numerous forms - what I would like to include please is the ability to not only replicate the face but also the clothes and various accessories from a photograph. I only have a small budget so if this is not feasible then please say as there was some confusion the last time I posted the job - but if you can help please get in touch. Thank you.
