Project Title: Data Entry, Content Creation & Categorization for Luxury Fashion eCommerce Launch
Project Description: Grande Luxe Collection is seeking a meticulous, fashion-savvy freelancer to support the preparation of product and website content for the launch of our luxury occasionwear eCommerce site. This project involves organizing product data, categorizing dresses, and creating essential website content using competitor research and AI tools to ensure a polished, professional online presence. There are approximately 50 -70 plus dresses to categorise with 1-5 colours in each dress.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry: Accurately input data from paper receipts into an Excel spreadsheet.
Online Research: Visit specified fashion or supplier websites to collect detailed product information (e.g., fabric type, size ranges, garment care, etc.).
AI-Generated Product Descriptions: Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper) to craft engaging, brand-aligned descriptions for each dress.
Categorization: Sort dresses into appropriate event-based categories (e.g., Wedding, Prom, Party, Gala) for intuitive browsing.
PDF & Image Organization: Sort and label images and PDF files from zipped folders so each dress has clearly identified visuals for developer use.

FAQs
Shipping & Returns Policy
Terms and Conditions
Privacy Policy
Use competitor websites as benchmarks to guide the structure and content of these pages, while maintaining our unique brand voice and positioning.
Deliverables:
A complete and organized Excel spreadsheet with product data, dress categories, and AI-generated descriptions
A well-labeled and structured image/PDF system linked to spreadsheet entries
Website-ready copy for core informational pages, researched and tailored for Grande Luxe Collection
Final content package delivered in a format suitable for direct handoff to the web development team
Ideal Candidate:
Proficient in Excel and data organization
Strong written English skills with experience crafting polished web copy
Comfortable using AI writing tools and conducting web research
Familiar with fashion eCommerce trends and product types
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow brand voice/tone
