I'm looking for a reliable, English-speaking agent to help find private landlords in Kent who have 2-bedroom (or larger) flats or houses available for rent.
Your task will be to:
Identify private landlords (not agents) with properties that have been on the market for 30 days or more
Focus on properties with at least 2 bedrooms
Gather and provide basic details: property address, landlord contact info, rental price, parking, and listing date.
Ensure the landlords are open to direct contact and not tied exclusively to a letting agency
Requirements:
Fluent in English
Experience with property sourcing or lead generation is a plus
Good research skills and attention to detail
Ability to start immediately
