It explains in great detail what is required, what is needed, and how it will operate. That being said, I also recognise that I may have overlooked some relevant information. I am happy to answer any questions at the start before accepting anyone Please do not just give me an hourly rate. I want a fixed cost so that we have a clear agreement. I have put down £1000, I do not expect you to do this in-depth project for £1000. It would be nice if PPH offered an option to specify a fixed cost, but they do not.
