My business partner and I are in the process of acquiring a business and are seeking a solicitor to support us through the transaction. We're looking for someone who can assist with:
- Drafting a Heads of Terms (or Letter of Intent)
- Preparing the Share Purchase Agreement
- Providing advice on due diligence, warranties, indemnities, and deal structure
- Managing the full acquisition process through to completion
What we're looking for:
- A solicitor specialising in M&A or corporate law
- Experience handling SME transactions under £500k
- Confidence managing 100% share purchases
- Ideally, experience with LLP acquisitions and/or transactions in the leisure industry
- UK based
