We are having an issue with Google Analytics recording more 'New Users' than 'Total Users', Google have tried to resolve it but we can see there are two Data Streams set up on our account when there should only be one. We used People Per Hour previously to set this up (before I worked for the company) and can no longer access our other account with you to track this. Can you help with finding out why we have two data streams and the best one to remove.
