We are looking for a youtube video editor for our team.
Our videos are about social skills and commentary on TV shows.
The videos are not heavily edited or animated, but follow a reasonable edit/talking head flow
Pricing currently: $100 for first 12 min $10 every additional min after If you have your own final edited rate per min, please list it in your application.
The process
When you start a project, edit out all of the mistakes, double takes, repeated lines and any other obvious errors for a rough cut. Send it back to me by sharing on Google Drive
I will edit some more and send it back to you via Adobe Premiere or export as XML.
Third, after this start you edit/animations to make the video engaging.
We usually do 2-3 revisions until we have a really good final version.

1. Send me 1 URL to a video you personally worked on that best represents your artistic style
2. Send me your finished edit $ per min if it is higher than $10/min
3. Please search for "charisma on command" and view one of the videos. Tell me what the channel is about, and if you can do this quality of video edits.
