Q’s Recording Studios (QRS) is a vibrant Seattle-based creative hub dedicated to empowering independent artists through high-quality recording, content production, and artist development.
We also run the audio and visual operations in partnership with Urban Work Space and Tacoma Rising, helping bring events, workshops, and live productions to life across both platforms. QRS is all about leveling up creatives through collaboration, community, and cutting-edge content.
Role Overview
We're seeking a full-stack, creative, data-driven marketing expert who can single-handedly build and scale QRS’s digital presence, ad strategy, and community reach. This is not just a social media role—we need someone who can own the full marketing funnel from audience attraction to client conversion.
You will develop and lead content initiatives, drive growth through paid advertising, optimize our YouTube and email channels, and continuously test strategies to maximize studio bookings and community engagement.
This is a key role for someone who thrives independently, can manage multiple marketing functions at once, and is excited about growing with a fast-paced creative business.
Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and execute a weekly content plan across IG Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Threads that builds brand identity and drives action.
YouTube Channel Management: Oversee content publishing, optimize metadata, manage engagement, and grow subscriber base and watch hours.
Paid Advertising: Build, manage, and scale Meta (IG/FB) and Google Ads campaigns focused on conversions, retargeting, and lead gen.
Email Marketing: Create automated funnels, newsletters, and special campaign sequences to drive booking activity and loyalty.
Community Management: Actively grow and engage our Artist Success Blueprint community, including Q&A sessions, artist features, and exclusive content.
Analytics & Reporting: Provide bi-weekly insights across all marketing platforms; implement A/B testing and improve KPIs based on performance data.
Strategic Growth Campaigns: Launch referral programs, local influencer partnerships, creative promos, and seasonal pushes to drive traffic and bookings.
Ideal Candidate
360° marketer with strong skills across strategy, content, paid media, and analytics
Expert in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and full-funnel campaign building
Strong short-form video creation/editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe, etc.)
Experienced in managing and growing YouTube channels with SEO and audience tactics
Confident copywriter with ability to craft compelling posts, captions, and email sequences
Deep knowledge of digital trends, especially in music/creative industries
Independent, resourceful, and entrepreneurial in mindset
