The key points area as follows. 1) only the G.F plan is to scale, and the other are only sketches. 2)The g.f.and 1st floor are of the same area. 3)The staircase leading to the upper floors is from the rear entrance. The current staircase is split into 2 *8 steps, with the 2nd one turning 180 degrees. The proposed stair case is to be 18 steps , 250mm tread, 180mm riser with no landing. as it reaches to the 1st floor need to know where it positions.
4)I respect of the flats, for the front - the two rooms are to remain, w.c. behind kitchen, and kitchen is open area 5)there is an uncovered area at the 1st floor marked as Flat roof. this is to be covered, and will potentially be the area for the 2nd flat. for W.C and Bathroom The flats are most likely to be mirror images of each other.
