We need someone with a fresh, inspiring eye to capture a stunning 4-bedroom, 1600 sq ft flat this Sunday, June 22nd, for approximately 1-1.5 hour. This isn't your average walkthrough – think seamless transitions, creative angles, and an authentic feel. The project involves filming an agent's journey through the flat, including the fantastic facilities (gym, outdoor spaces, concierge). We'll be doing an on-camera intro, then a mix of off-screen commentary with occasional on-camera moments as we move through the property. We need someone who can capture the essence and lifestyle this property offers, rather than just a room-by-room explanation. We're aiming to create content for both social media and YouTube.
