We are seeking an experienced AutoCAD technician or architectural freelancer to prepare a full set of working drawings from our approved planning drawings (DWG format). This is for a self-build residential project, and accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
Scope of Work: Produce technical working drawings based on existing approved planning drawings (provided in DWG format)
Required drawing set to include: Floor Plans (detailed construction level) Elevations (with material notation and dimensions) Roof Plan Foundation Plan Building Sections (key areas as required) Incorporate construction details suitable for Building Regulations and on-site construction Implement minor amendments to approved planning layouts where necessary
Experience in UK residential building design and working drawing preparation Familiar with Building Regulations and construction detailing
Additional Info: This is a private self-build, so flexibility and sensitivity to design intentions are important.
