We are seeking a highly organised and people-focused Operations & Client Experience Executive to join our boutique events staffing team. This hybrid role involves coordinating staff bookings, liaising with clients, supporting on-site events, and assisting with social media content.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage staffing bookings and scheduling Act as a client point of contact before and during events Attend live events to oversee operations Assist with social media planning and content collection Requirements:
1–3 years in staffing, events, or operations Excellent communication and multitasking skills Confident, proactive and well-presented Flexible to work occasional evenings/weekends Bonus if you’re familiar with: social media tools (e.g., Canva, Later) English as first language (Spanish is a bonus)
