We seek qualified legal representatives (advocates - landlord and tenant) to attend residential eviction proceedings on our client's behalf. As an eviction firm handling numerous cases monthly, representation is required across multiple jurisdictions. An urgent appointment has been scheduled for Monday in Brentford and we need an advocate well-versed in landlord and tenant litigation to appear before the magistrate on our client's behalf.
The ideal candidate will have experience advocating in housing courts, a strong understanding of relevant legislation and procedures, and the ability to adequately convey a landlord's position to a presiding judge.
