Expected duration: 3 - 4 weeks Job Description: We are building a Centralized Bingo Management Platform and are looking for an experienced UX Designer / Information Architect to help define the overall user experience and structure of the platform.
Project Background: We’ve already outlined the platform’s high-level architecture and assembled several supporting materials (including reference images and videos). Now, we need a specialist to translate this vision into a seamless and user-friendly experience.
Your Role: You will be responsible for shaping the entire UX workflow and delivering a clear, structured information architecture that guides both design and development.
Key Tasks: • Conducting user research and developing user personas • Mapping out user journeys • Organizing screens, sections, and user flows • Creating navigation structures (menus, pathways, hierarchies) • Delivering wireframes (low- and high-fidelity) and/or interactive prototypes • Documenting sitemaps, user flows, and screen logic • (Optionally) Conducting usability testing or reviewing test feedback
Deliverables: • User personas and journey maps • Information architecture documentation (site map, flow diagrams, etc.) • Wireframes or prototypes in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools • Notes/annotations for developer and designer handoff
Who We’re Looking For: • Strong UX and IA background (please include portfolio) • Proven experience with dashboard or platform design • Clear communicator with a structured, user-first approach
