Parallel references must be formatted uniformly with hanging indents. The paper is currently in draft form but the references have not been properly styled. We seek a detail-oriented individual proficient in APA referencing guidelines to ensure each source meets standard publication formatting. Given the length of the reference list, enthusiasm for citation minutiae, and care in proofreading are essential.
