I seek a skilled Jotform developer to build a custom form for my company's sales processes. We have an Excel spreadsheet containing product specifications and pricing that needs to be translated into an interactive Jotform for generating sales quotations. The form should allow sales representatives to select desired products and services from dropdowns populated from the source data. It needs to perform automatic calculations to totalize pricing as items are selected.
Additionally, the form should generate two distinct PDF outputs - a sales quotation for the customer and an internal sales order form. Both PDFs should integrate the client's company logo and include all itemized selections alongside totals. Most importantly, the quotation PDF must integrate an electronic signature feature to allow clients to sign directly in the form before submitting. The internal order form does not require a signature.
Once completed, the form and associated PDFs will streamline our sales workflow from initial client outreach through order processing. The integration of item selections, automatic calculations, and dual PDF outputs within a single custom Jotform will greatly improve efficiency for our sales team. Expertise with Jotform's form builder, conditional logic, PDF outputs, and e-signatures is essential to fulfill all requirements.
