Hi All, I am intending to do my HMO Conversion project. The property in its current state is a 3 bed mid. terraced. property. I want to convert this property into a 6 bed all ensuite room HMO. This is with in permitted development rights and there are plenty of examples of similar projects in the surrounding areas.
Property is located in Reading, RG30 area.
Assignment : I require plans + building regs drawings + structural calculations (to remove 2 chimneys) with in 1-2 weeks time span.
