I am looking for a qualified accountant, registered with ICAEW, with experience with MVL, TAAR, BADR, and CGT to provide a letter stating the tax implications of closing a solvent, trading, single director company via MVL with net assets of £69,000 after payment of a dividend and pension contribution. The assets consist of cash at bank, some investments, director's loan, some debtors.
A similar company could be started in the next two years with some of the same clients.
The letter should be on company or individual practitioner stationery and include the qualifications and experience of the person providing the information.
