Overview I want a mobile-friendly visual tracker for daily behavioural regulation. The app should let me tap symbolic circle icons to track deficit progress, health habits, professional momentum, and emotional self-regulation. Each day is summarised via a daily ring, with green segments for success and red segments for negative behaviours like sugar, beer, or distractions. This is not a calorie counter — it’s a self-governance tool that blends physical, emotional, and cognitive consistency into a single daily view.
Platform Requirements Mobile-first web app (or lightweight native app)
Works on iPhone (Safari/web app home screen compatible)
Exportable data table or CSV
Daily view, weekly overview
Core Interaction Model Users tap icons to fill circles
Some actions require one tap (e.g. completed or not), others can be tapped multiple times
If tapped multiple times, the icon should:
Show a visual indicator (e.g. number overlay or darkened tone)
Internally log each instance against that day in datavae (e.g. 2 beers = 2 entries)
