I am seeking a machine learning specialist to automate my house survey report generation process. As a property inspector, I spend 3 hours onsite evaluating various structural and aesthetic factors, and another 6 hours manually compiling reports. Reports follow a template structure, but content varies per property. You will develop a solution scraping relevant data from three industry websites, and use a predefined checklist paired with on-site photos to dynamically populate standardized text blocks into customized reports. The goal is to reduce my post-inspection report writing time through automating much of the repetitive templating and formatting tasks, while retaining a property-specific narrative. Your bid should include timelines and pricing for the initial development phase as well as any additional optimization features within the scope of automating my residential property reporting workflow.
