Google has disapproved our search ad giving the reason "site compromised, malicious software". We've previously run search ads for this site without any issues at all, its only now that Google has come up with this awkward rejection.
The ad in question is for a UK LTD company with a legitimate domain which is almost 12 years old with no blacklist history whatsoever, and there has never been a history of Google's manual action whatsoever.
The main issue advertisers face is that Google keeps on sending generic emails instead of specifying exactly where and what the issue is.
"Your task is to get our ad approved (we have submitted an appeal today). You will only be paid after the ads have been approved. Your payment will be released as soon as the ads has been approved by Google"
