Identification of timelines and key milestones
Departmental responsibility at each stage
Visual indicators of potential weaknesses or friction points in the process
Highlighted areas where prospect dropout commonly occurs
Purpose: This visualisation will be used to review and improve the client’s internal sales workflow, identify inefficiencies, and optimise conversion rates.
Ideal Candidate: You should have experience in sales process mapping, business analysis, or workflow design. Experience working with renewable energy or home improvement clients would be a bonus.
