Role Overview: We are currently facing an issue where a duplicate and unofficial Trustpilot account—using a name similar to ours—has been created. This account contains misleading and negative reviews that are damaging to our brand. The page is unclaimed, links to a different website, and appears to originate from abroad.
We are looking for a professional who can: Navigate Trustpilot’s platform and support processes effectively. File and follow up on formal complaints regarding fake or misleading pages. Liaise with Trustpilot to request the removal or deactivation of the unauthorised listing. Advise on proactive strategies to protect and manage our online reputation. Optionally, assist with YouTube-related reputation issues (if relevant experience is present).
Ideal Candidate Will Have: Proven experience managing and resolving reputation issues on Trustpilot. Knowledge of Trustpilot’s guidelines and support procedures. Strong communication and documentation skills. Experience with YouTube brand protection is a plus. A proactive, solution-focused mindset.
