1.2. Live Job Dispatching • Assign jobs in real-time to available crews • View crew availability, shift status, and location • Set priority levels (e.g. urgent, planned)
1.3. Patient Handover & Transport Notes • Secure input of handover notes • Arrival and completion name, signatures, timestamps • Record of any incidents or delays
1.4. Digital Risk Assessment Forms • On-screen form • Self-harm risk • Use of secure cell or restraint risk
1.5. Route Optimisation & Traffic • Route shows when putting collection and drop off address with length of journey
