By reviewing and/or accepting this project, the developer acknowledges and agrees that:
Ownership: All intellectual property, concepts, code, designs, documentation, and related work products created in connection with this project are the sole and exclusive property of Sapphire. The developer hereby assigns and transfers all rights, title, and interest in the work to Sapphire, without limitation.
Confidentiality: The developer agrees to keep all information, materials, and concepts related to this project strictly confidential and will not disclose, share, or use them for any purpose other than fulfilling this project.
Non-Compete: During the term of this engagement and for a period of 12 months following project completion, the developer agrees not to develop, assist, or engage in any business or project that directly competes with Sapphire’s concept or products without prior written consent.
