We are a UK Limited company with factory premises located in the East of England that wishes to undertake, administer and submit a special resolution or amendment to our existing Articles of Association in order to include drag along rights for all shareholders.
Currently, our articles do not have this provision, and as there may be decisions the Directors wish to take in the future on behalf of all 16 shareholders, we would like to remove the requirement of individual signature and approval by all thus enabling us to make decisions via a few shareholders with a higher percentage stake.
