We seek an experienced construction attorney to draft two essential contracts for our growing firm. The first is an employment agreement for an architectural studio to formally hire an architect. This contract must clearly define the scope of work, payment terms, intellectual property provisions, and any non-compete restrictions following termination of employment.
The second contract is between our company serving as the main contractor and independent subcontractors we engage for projects.
