Your role will be to develop visually cohesive, on-brand content for multiple platforms, helping us grow an engaged and loyal online audience. Responsibilities: - Plan and design engaging content (graphics + short-form videos) across: Instagram TikTok Pinterest - Write compelling captions and identify effective hashtags - Maintain brand consistency with our colour palette, tone of voice, and product storytelling - Generate content ideas that align with seasonal campaigns and trending formats - Collaborate on monthly content plans, launches, and promotional moments Requirements: - Experience managing or creating content for beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands - A strong eye for design — Canva, CapCut or Adobe Express proficiency preferred - Familiar with TikTok trends, Instagram Reels, and Pinterest SEO - Excellent writing skills (tone: soft, feminine, informative, yet playful) - Organised and proactive with meeting content deadlines Nice-to-Haves: - Interest in skincare and beauty - Ability to lightly edit UGC (voiceovers, text overlays, etc.) Experience working with startups or small brands What We Offer: - Flexible hours – work when and where you like - Creative freedom within clear brand guidelines - Monthly retainer (with room to grow based on performance) - A chance to be part of something beautiful from the ground up Please include a few examples of your previous content work or portfolio links.
