Are you an experienced Bookkeeper or Accountant with a love for Xero/Quickbooks and helping businesses thrive?
We are a legal services firm specialising in helping artists with their counterfeit. We pride ourselves on our company culture, delivering great results for our clients— all while working collaboratively with our team.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Bookkeeper or Accountant to join our remote team.
Position Overview:
· To process invoicing and manage accounts receivable.
· To maintain account payables.
· To carry out banking activities / bank reconciliation.
· To manage other clerical duties as necessary.
Ideally you will have:
· A Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
· At least 6 months of Bookkeeping experience in a global set-up.
· For local set-ups, at least 2 years of bookkeeping experience is preferred.
· Experience using Xero or Quickbooks accounting software.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills.
· A strong desire and willingness to learn.
· A reliable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps.
