I want to build 5 local roofer websites in either Duda or Wordpress.
Each of these sites is a distinct brand with different logos, colors/design, branding, etc. but covering the same essential roofing services (repair, installation, inspections, etc).
They will be relatively simple -- no need for fancy stuff -- but they will be nice. Design should be smooth and professional. Content will be very similar across them, but branded differently and of course, unique. Each of these sites is basically going to be a few core pages such as home, about, contact, services, plus a short list of service area pages. So let's say each site is about 12-15 pages, but 8 of those pages are going to be service area pages that are mostly the same.
We can do this one of two ways:
1) Duda: I have 5 local business templates we can adapt to use for these roofing websites. In this case, I would provide you with a spreadsheet of site structure, content page by page, and a packet of images you can use to create the sites. You'd take the template and convert into the site.
2) Wordpress: I provide you the spreadsheet of site structure, the content, the images, etc. and you create wordpress sites.
Whichever you think would be faster, that's fine. Duda is a simple builder, lightning fast to load, but also doesn't have global elements. Wordpress will give you more flexibility, but you won't my pre-existing local service site templates you can import and just customize.
--------------- REQUIREMENTS ---------------
1. SPEED: Speed is important to me. I want these done as quickly as possible. I won't wait 4 weeks to do this. I can create one of these in a day, without issue, by myself, but I'd prefer not to spend my time this week on this project. So, if you're going to apply, please have a team, or be ready to work on this immediately. Ideally, all these sites would be done within 7 days from starting and then we could fine-tune as needed.
2. UNDERSTANDING: It's important to me that you understand our mission. We want 5 distinct local roofing service brands - we want these sites to look nice, to look local, to convert well, to be simple and understandable, not to have obvious errors, and to be authoritative and trustworthy. It's critical that you understand that mission and be able to assess your work and progress based on that. BAD WORK WILL NOT BE PAID FOR, and I do not appreciate people wasting my time.
3. SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION: You don't have to be an SEO expert to do this job, but you should be familiar with the basics. If you ARE experienced and knowledgeable in SEO, it will greatly increase your chances of getting this job.
