Overview: As a CRM Consultant at Tech Grow Flow, you will work directly with SaaS startups, tech consultancies, and IT firms to design, implement, and optimize their CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce). You’ll build and automate lead-qualification, sales, and marketing workflows using tools such as Make.com, Apollo.io, Reoon, Clearbit, and ZoomInfo. Your role involves configuring new or existing CRMs, migrating and cleansing data, creating custom automations, and providing ongoing support to ensure clients hit their pipeline targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct discovery sessions to understand each client’s sales processes, data needs, and automation goals.
Provision and configure CRM environments (new or existing), setting up custom objects, pipelines, and user roles.
Build and maintain automated workflows (lead capture, enrichment, scoring, routing) via Make.com (or n8n) and third-party enrichment tools.
Migrate client data from legacy systems, ensuring accuracy and establishing data governance best practices.
Work independently to manage project timelines, meet deadlines, and escalate any blockers promptly, while collaborating with internal AI-SDR and RevOps teams.
Qualifications & Skills:
3+ years of hands-on CRM implementation experience with HubSpot and/or Salesforce.
Proficiency in automation tools (Make.com, Zapier, or n8n) and data enrichment platforms (Apollo.io, Clearbit, ZoomInfo, Reoon).
Strong data management skills (ETL processes, deduplication, normalization, GDPR/CCPA compliance).
Ability to build custom dashboards and reports to track KPIs and deliver actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines without direct supervision.
Relevant certifications (HubSpot Sales Software, Salesforce Administrator/Sales Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
