We’re looking for an experienced Doodly animator to create a circa 2-minute 30-second whiteboard explainer video for Mastermind9, a business mastermind group for entrepreneurs. The video will form part of our virtual tour and is designed to clearly demonstrate how our 4-step Spotlight Process works during our virtual zoom sessions.
We want something emotionally engaging, professionally timed, and visually clear. The animation must reflect the journey of a business owner going from stress and indecision to clarity and confident action, guided by their mastermind group.
The Deliverables: A full Doodly animation, ~2 min 30 sec in length
The animation must match the finalised voiceover script (we’ll supply the voiceover or subtitles)
Clean, timed transitions between scenes
Zoom-in/out emphasis on specific characters within the “Zoom-style” scenes
Light use of on-screen text (e.g., labels, rules, commitment tick)
Must be delivered in 1080p format, suitable for hosting on our website and sharing in private demos
Minimum 3 rounds of revisions included
We Will Provide: A fully developed script (divided into 8 clear scenes)
A detailed storyboard and animation brief
The voiceover
Brand guidance for tone
You Should Be: Skilled with Doodly and/or similar whiteboard animation software
Able to interpret and animate to a voiceover script
Comfortable using Zoom-style visuals (9 characters on-screen) and adapting focus
Great with timing and visual storytelling, not just dragging icons onto a canvas
Able to deliver within 4 days.
Bonus Points If You: Have experience creating content for coaches, facilitators or group programmes
Can source or record professional voiceovers (British English)
Have strong communication and an eye for creative detail
