I need an experienced freelance web designer to design and develop a new static website for my small business. The website should have 3-5 interior pages including an About Us page, Services page and Contact page. The design needs to have a clean, modern look that is mobile responsive. I am looking for someone who can deliver high quality web design and development work.
The designer should have a strong portfolio demonstrating experience designing professional websites from scratch as well as optimizing sites for search engines. The objective of this new site is to showcase our business and services, provide important company and contact information to visitors and ideally help generate some new leads. The content and images will be provided but the designer will be responsible for creating an attractive and intuitive page layout and navigation along with integrating the content.
Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and responsive design techniques is essential. Bonus points for experience with content management systems like WordPress. The initial Pages/sections mentioned above need to be designed and developed within 2 weeks. Once the basic site is completed, there may be opportunities for ongoing maintenance and optimization work. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of successfully building quality, user-friendly websites for businesses and brands along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
