I have several projects coming up but would like to start with a small, urgent job first to get used to working together.
Project 1 (Urgent): I need a few quick changes made to an existing floor plan. I already have all the files (AutoCAD .dwg, .bak, .url, and PDF). If possible, I’d like this job delivered within two days of ordering, as it should only take a couple of hours for someone experienced.
Here are the requested changes based on my building permit requirements: 1. Add a fridge. 2. Change the label for the A/C to clearly label it as “existing A/C.” 3. For the exterior opening, update the plan to mark it as “existing original opening.” 4. Add detail for the vent directly above the cooking range 5. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms: • One combination smoke/carbon monoxide alarm outside the kitchen. • One smoke detector in the bedroom. 6. Add dimension details for the minimum clearance at the water closet—please show both the front and side clearance measurements as required by the building permit.
Please confirm if you can deliver this within two days and let me know your cost. If this goes well, I’ll have a larger garage renovation project for you next.
