We have a "template" for our YT thumbnails but we need a designer who can make and finish each one.
See the examples of the first 3 thumbnails attached.
You will notice the higher quality of the car element and arrangement in the first one. This is because it was done by a proper designer rather than by myself!
We need a very good designer who can:
- Source very high quality stock images of the cars we test OR;
- Extract a great image of the car we are testing from either a still photo or from the video itself so that it looks "perfect" on the thumbnail;
- Add the image of the driver (if you look closely at example #1 you will see this);
- Source the car logos;
- Extract the best "youtube face" or other background image we will use as the background image;
- Position all the elements so they look as clickable as possible, while still retaining the "identity" of the channel;
- Adjust the "glitch" overlay on the background image to suit each thumbnail and ensure that it doesn't look the same every time;
- Produce several versions of each thumbnail that we can split test to see which converts the best.
I don't mind where in the World you are based but we do need someone who is extremely reliable (not overloaded with other work for example) and can act quickly (we can not afford to have long delays in releasing the videos).
We also need someone with extremely high attention to detail so that we don't have protracted back and forth to fix errors that have not been noticed.
We are looking for a long term association with a great Designer.
