I need a cad designer or architect to design a new internal layout for my two story cartlodge building providing a staircase to allow access to the first floor, an open plan kitchen/living room across 3/4's ground floor, a bedroom in 1/4 of ground floor and first floor to create two bedrooms, one to include the existing en-suite and one smaller one for a children's room. Also a small ground floor wc with shower which can be in the same 1/4 as the ground floor bedroom. A main entrance door where the current link building is. And an extra one or two larger windows at the rear of the building.
I only have PDFs of current plans available which show the cartlodge and house. I am only able to build the cartlodge for the foreseeable future so need to redesign as a complete living space.
I have also attached plans of the cartlodge frame which will provide the main structure.
