We are a recently formed business (less than one month old).
We are seeking a specialist to assist us in obtaining SEIS (Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme) qualification. Our business is ready with a financial forecast and structure in place, but we now need an expert to review our setup and ensure we are fully compliant before proceeding with the SEIS application process.
We are specifically looking for someone who has proven track record and previous experience in successfully securing SEIS status for start-ups. Your expertise will be instrumental in reviewing our compliance, identifying any gaps, and guiding us through the HMRC application process.
We want everything taken care of to be investment-ready under the SEIS scheme, including advanced assurance, articles of association, and all other necessary requirements.
It is important to note that funds will only be released once SEIS approval has been secured.
