Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable bookkeeper experienced with Xero accounting software to assist with our financial record-keeping. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reconciling accounts, entering transactions, managing invoices and receipts, and ensuring our books remain accurate and up to date.
This is a part-time, remote role with flexible hours. Initial scope includes a full review and clean-up of current accounts, followed by ongoing monthly bookkeeping support. Familiarity with Irish VAT and small business accounting practices is a plus.
Requirements:
Proven experience using Xero
Knowledge of standard bookkeeping practices
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Good communication skills
