We seek a discreet evaluator to perform undercover evaluations of our Haarlem storefront operations. As the retail arm of a premier German leather goods manufacturer, we aim to deliver exemplary customer experiences with each client interaction. To ensure consistently high standards are met, your observations will provide key insights into how our sales associates and customer service representatives in Haarlem currently align with our core values of quality, precision and hospitality.
Over the coming month, you will discreetly visit the store once and engage with staff as a typical shopper. Through this undisclosed observations, your role is to judiciously assess elements such as the welcoming atmosphere, the associates' product knowledge and demonstrated skills, the efficacy of explanations provided for our collections, the smoothness of transactions and overall sentiments expressed by patrons. Following the visit, you will submit a detailed yet concise report with ratings on a predefined criteria, highlighting both exemplary practices needing recognition as well as any areas presenting room for development. We will provide you the questionnaire beforehand.
