Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy IT Tech HR Specialist to join our team on an hourly basis. You will play a critical role in managing recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR operations specifically focused on IT and technical roles. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional who understands the nuances of tech hiring and can help us scale our talented workforce efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and tech-related positions (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding). - Collaborate with technical leads to understand role requirements and candidate profiles. - Maintain and update job descriptions, interview guides, and hiring workflows. - Coordinate with freelancers and contractors to ensure smooth hiring and contract management. - Support employee engagement, retention strategies, and team culture initiatives. - Assist in HR documentation, compliance, and reporting. - Utilize HR software/tools to streamline hiring and employee data management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR specialist or recruiter focused on IT/tech roles. - Strong understanding of technical job roles and industry terminology. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. - Familiarity with HR software (ATS, payroll, onboarding platforms). - Proactive attitude with problem-solving abilities.
Preferred:
- Experience working with startups or fast-paced tech companies. - Knowledge of AI and e-commerce technology sectors.
Hours & Pay:
- Hourly basis (flexible hours). - Competitive hourly rate, based on experience.
