We’re looking for a detail-oriented Deductions Specialist to join our accounting team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and resolving customer deductions and disputes related to billing and payments.

Investigate and validate customer deductions Collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes efficiently Maintain accurate records of deduction resolutions Communicate with customers to clarify discrepancies and reach resolutions
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on deductions or customer disputes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
