We seek a motivated, reliable, and experienced telesales professional to join us full-time. You will be responsible for cold-calling businesses to set appointments and immediately following up with inbound leads as they come in, no delays. We provide custom AI solutions and web solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to prospective business clients to set appointments for us Respond to and call inbound leads as soon as they are received Qualify prospects and schedule meetings with decision-makers Perform follow-ups via email Perform follow-ups via phone Some prospects are in non-UK countries Accurately log call outcomes and lead details and add follow-up dates Represent our custom web development and AI solutions with professionalism and confidence Communicate clearly and persuasively with senior business contacts
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, appointment setting, or outbound calling (B2B preferred) Excellent spoken and written English (clear, and easy for anyone to understand) Able to work UK business hours (9am–5pm UK time, Monday–Friday) Based in the Philippines with a reliable internet connection Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently Ability to milk cows in the rain Comfortable discussing web development and AI topics (training provided, but prior awareness is a plus) Professional, persistent, and able to engage with senior business leaders
